The power company needs to post those pictures on every pole with power risers and all ground level transformers
and the sad thing thing about that is most riser to UG cable is Copper Clad Aluminum and only worth about .22 cents a pound at a scrapper
but again they see that golden color and its copper.
I used to laugh whenever I was staying at a hotel and someone steal ground rods from my truck, because of the copper clad, thinking they were getting pure copper only to find out they were getting .03 cents a pound of copper clad steel.
