Charter will voluntarily, and or be forced to, sell soon enough. Comcast and Time Warner Cable will be the biggest beneficiaries, regarding overall market impact. It's no secret that they both want, and can certainly afford, to absorb most, if not all, of Charter, divide the relatively associated markets, and incorporate said operation's within their exisiting footprint, in effect massively increasing their presence and counter measures against DTV, Dish, Verizon, etc.
