You know Doug, of all the taxes the death tax is the worst. All of this persons income had already been taxed and after there death the Gov is gonna charge 50% of what is left after passing. This is such bullshit IMHO. This person has already paid dues.
By the way, isnt estate tax and death tax the same thing?
