Bermuda Cablevision does the cable in Bermuda. There are a few local contractors on the island. It would depend on what your going to Bermuda to do.
There is a lot of work needing to be done from the tap to device in the house. It is a 100% digital. The cost of living in Bermuda is crazy and hard to get a work permit from the government. A beautiful place to be with a lot of good people.
