Ala-frickin-bama, most backwards ass state I've ever seen, I hate this frickin place. I call the Al dept of labor and they told me nothing I could do but take it. I'm ready to go fuckin postal. I make this ocmpany a shit load of money and they hit me for some bullshit like this. I have a call in to supposedly the best labor lawyer in the state. Said he was going to check on some things and get back to me. I agree there is no grey area, flat out we are employees they require us to be at the office at certain times and if you say to hell with it I wanna go fishing they write you up. Yep by irs rules that makes us employees. Where's my damn 12 guage???
