If you are recieving a W-2 ...then you are an employee.  period.  end of discussion.  What your employer tells you and what is the truth are two different things.  Here...Lemme do away with subtlety for you:  YOUR BOSS IS FUCKING YOU OVER AND STEALING YOUR MONEY!!  Do you understand now?  Are you listening?

If you want your money back without the hassle of lawyers, do what I stated above.
If you don't want your money back ... Then fucking stop posting about it.

I've been where you are.  Gone thru it.  It's the only proactive constructive thing you can do.
