As a w-2 (employee ) you have to give that (expenditures for gas) up and can't claim on taxes,and should be re-emberced by employer for gas. They write it off. Whats going on with you people? They also have to pay your disability ins. workmans comp. Damages acured on job ect. ect. You are an EMPLOYEE!  You should be entitled to all benefits an employee in the co. has. even if you are an employee of a sub.
