Brent - Get in contact with the regional offices in your area for The Department of Labor - Wage & Hour Division. Tell them that you think your getting ripped off as a W2 employee. Next contact the IRS and file an SS8 form so you can have an official determination of employee/contractor. Trust me, you're an employee, but it's nice to have the IRS in your corner with that determination.
Start finding a new place to work immediatly. You are getting hosed where your at.
