Scrap it and start over with a post-wire! Do yourself a favor: If the owner isn't willing to invest at least $40,000 ~ WALK AWAY!  Explain to him that RG-59 was great 20 years ago, but with today's technology, it is like putting a corvette engine in a Yugo!  His system needs to be updated and rebuilt! HTH!
