inhouse for 5yr,best pay then 12.75 mnt tech,yes they pd. for all certifications,but at end of 5yrs, money sucked.been contracting for 8yrs. only have 1 guy that works with me. that i trust.never had to look for work. work always comes to me.make 245,-265k every year.for last 6yrs. first 2yrs made more but had 15 employees, made it difficult for me to babysit and make money forself.out of 15 employees fired 10 for driving issues to misuse of equipment, to just lazy,or just stupid.constant crybabyies, i cant do this dont want to climb this. just come to remember dad. if you want somthing done right, do it yourself!love my job wouldnt trade it for any inhouse job! take pride in your job do QUALITY WORK EVERY TIME! EXEPT IF YOU WORK FOR CHARTER
