You think you are kidding!
I once discoed a line from a pole to a second story apartment. Way down the alley...like two buildings away this dude threw up the window and shouted to get the hell off the pole and out of Glenn Burnie, MD or he would "fill his hand" and show me what cable is all about!

Someone was running their own cable company!
