I have worked for NCS since OCT. 2009. I agree with Matt's earlier post. If I wanted to make an informed decision about a company I would go right to the source. Matt has put his number out there as well as all of his managers, dispatchers, etc.
Sure there are always going to be the disgruntled contractors that say he made up charge backs but these are the installers that jump market to market and can't stay in one area. Reason being their workmanship sucks! If you do the job the right way there won't be chargebacks.
As far as I am concerned Matt has always been fair to me. I think a lot of other people that work for him feel the same way. After all we all still work for him. That's gotta say something.
