Every town, every job. Once or twice in 26 years it was right on and it had to do with the people running the job.
Alex and Lois from US/Orius ran a tight ship. Sometimes it seems like the design department did the walkout in the bar off the asbuilds.
Sometimes if they would have just did the design from the asbuilds it would have been at least 80% right, instead of completely fucked up.
Don't expect things to change, just be happy if they come close!
