I guess Chopps you don't understand the basic economic principals of supply and demand or another way of putting it when someone like Time Warner has more work than people willing to do it prices can only hopefully head up. But Hell I'm not even going try to explain anymore to people who think its normal to drill without water and then wonder why their electronics are screwed up and the Ditch Bitch they have is high maintance! UNREAL!
