Trying to find information on a company called Installs Plus out of Ohio. David and Sylvia Rhymes are principles for the company. I have also seen the name Mike Flanagan but haven't talked to him. They have me held up getting qualified for an HSP and have disappeared. The phone numbers I have no longer work. They have an ad still listed on the bar for employment. I need to find these people ASAP.
