Many years ago I tested this..........the fulfillment company made a big deal out of connect the phones...run lines to do it!
"No phones = no installation." So I called to cancel a job. Campgrounds often have no phones. So I was given this one time only permission to connect the DTV without a phone.................Yeah, right!
Last number I saw was one in six households has no land line phone and no plans to get one. They use cell phones only!
But the sat companies come up with a magic percentage to hit.
