I believe this about Birmingham.  It is a craphole. 



For instance, Jefferson County, Alabama is on the brink of what would be the largest government bankruptcy in the history of the United States - surpassing the 1994 filing by Southern California's Orange County.


We really need to focus on our economy and quit playing games in Washington.  I dont this it will happen though.. I think we will eventually claim bankruptsy like USSR.
