I know its two months since this initial post by you but i just ran across this.  The owners isnt too bad of a guy but the guy that runs their operation in Missouri, i think his name is Sean, is a jerk.  I have seen him chew his techs out for very small things in the Mediacom paring lot and really belittle in front of anyone around to see.  He has no clue of how to treat people and not very popular with the crew.  Dont get me wrong, i dont think everyone needs coddled but holy cow you have to treat the techs good, their work is what is paying your salary.
