When was the last time you were in Hershey Sab, yes they have some production outside of the US but the bulk of it is still in Hershey. In fact they did shut down that Cali plant but the town of Hershey itself ended with less job losses than your site implied. That is a fact and so is it a fact that over 50% of The Hershey Company is owned by the Hershey Trust, that same Trust tried to have the balls in 2002 to sell it but The Pa Attorney General and The Dauphin County Orphan Court put a stop to it. Even your Wikipedia pointing that out, so I don't know where your doubt about the more than 50% is coming from Sab. If you really want to know for sure you can do better than Wikipedia.
