No offense, but is your old man one of the drinking buddies who is getting the gravy work??  Some of the guys are hurt there.  I have just heard that the big company is fixing the situation though.  I HOPE they fix it.  The guys are there to make a living.  This buddy buddy system has got to STOP.  They need to grow up.  You hear about it EVERYWHERE.  Read what Phantom Splicer says....
