Sir we are hiring you to do piece work as a w2 employee. We shall take taxes out for you. But we will only tax you 40% due to the fact You shall pay for your own gas, parts, tools, insurance, and travel time. We shall pay you $80 for a install nomatter 1-4 rooms. We will give you workers comp as a w2 employee or if you want to stay 1099 contractor you will need to get a Business lic and full insurance on your auto. Now we may send you 100 miles away for any job we may want you to do at anytime. We control the whole state so this is what it is. We think we are giving you the best deal possible. If you get past our interview process we shall send you for a drug test then a background check. 1st fill out this application and tell us everyone you have ever worked for and there ph no and we will call them and verify.
