I guess if you ignore the fact each state has the right opt-out, if you ignore the fact that states reserve the right to meet the federal requirements using their own methods, if you ignore all these things and more, I can see why someone could call this bill socialism.
You complain they are making changes after the bill has been approved. Thats what is SUPPOSED TO BE DONE when the 2 sides of Congress reconcile a bill. The bill is then re-voted on. For all your talk about keeping the country a certain way, you would do yourself a favor to first learn how OUR country operates.
Its amazing that the people who wrap themselves up in the Constitution seem to know very little about it.
