Boz the way I look at it is, you went to make some money in a disaster area and you weren't prepared for that and you needed food from the people that were there to help save the the people in need that lost everything, and you were making a wage and you are grateful that you didn't starve because of the red cross
If you were a volunteer there helping the people, I can see the red cross feeding you, I was there also and I paid my own way, I would give the red cross $30.00 for a case of MRE's and case of water, a small price, the COE would give me them for free, but I was making money there, so I paid my way, so if you were starving it was because you didn't deserve to get free food.
