Make sure all of your subs are incorporated, and then exempt themselves from workers comp. Here in sunny FL. the state will give you a workers comp exemption for $50 a year. Every year when I get my workers comp audit I just produce the exemptions and we're done. Go to FUBAWorkersComp.com for all you need to know.
