Crayne is right, my comp co audits me every year. As long as my subs have their own general liability its all good, I don't need comp on them. I have to fax my comp co a copy of my subs general liability certificate every year at audit time though. Make THEM get their own general policy, I assume they are installers and general liability for installs is pretty cheap. It could save you ALOT of headache.
