Re: Worker's Comp Problem!!!!

Thanks for your help. I actually just got off the phone with my work comp company. They told me that they don't actually need a copy of the contractor's work comp policy. I just need to let them know when they get it. If they don't get it, then the contractor will be covered under mine. Does this sound right?
