Worker's Comp Problem!!!!

Can anyone give some advise. I have an average of 15-20 1099 contractors performing installations. My work comp agents are estimating my premiums on what I pay out to the contractors. I have told them that they are all contractors but they keep telling me that they need to do a quote for each individual contractor then. These contractors have the right to get work comp with whoever they want, just like their gen. liability. What do I have to do to get it through their head that I just need to have myself on the policy? Does anyone have a company that I can get a quote from?
