Re: more gun control

There are and have been many bills and I would have to re-research but the language in one or more of them did list home inspections if that is where you keep your guns as a private citizen. The biggest part of the bill i am referring to essentially makes all owners equal to dealers. For any alteration to a firearm add a red dot, tritium sites, mount a bipod or even attach a shoulder sling, You would be required to file paperwork for said alteration with permanent records kept to be inspected at any time by batf. The same as if you are a dealer. The (so-called) gun show loop hole is nothing more than restricting transfers (sales)of firearms from one private citizen to another as you probably already know..Without backround checks and records of sale or transfer. I believe this was 2009 hr 45 but I would have to re-check to be sure.. There was much much more but that was the most irritating to me.
