Congrats getting out...  Everyone you will see or hear from working in this crap still will be the same old "this is great, tons of money".  Just remember that is what all dawgs fool themselves with so much that it spills out of their face.  We know in reality its away from home, maybe it will pay, maybe not.  Unless you are the crook at the top, this is just not the way for a future.  You have obviously come to that conclusion as well.  My girl works for abra auto body and they take care of all of their people with respect, benefits, personal paid time, vacation pay, guaranteed 40 hrs plus commissions.  We have been in this crap for so long we forget that in the real world, people do get taken care of properly.. Stick with your new gig.  If the whining is where you are at, look somewhere else.  Now that I am out, consistancy and being home to take care of my  family is priceless.  No more feast or famine.
