I would say today to check their penetration first. Before the digital dish took over the industry I would pay subs $6.00 per drop. of course back then the contractor only made 40% so I charged the catv co around $10.00 Today I would cgarge per tap. I would say $30.00 per tap weather its full or not. This way if they balk on the price you could give em a audit for a xtra few bucks. Remember this is just my idea of how I would do it.
