Yea I think I have heard of it. Pretty sure my method of work ethic is what got me this job and kept me here this long. I work on a small island and there are these people who live in big white roofed houses who invest large sums of money and expect a return. Without profit I doubt I or anybody else could expect to keep a job much less be paid more. I think if your going to do something you should do the best that you can at whatever it is that you do and try your best to make who you work for the most for there dollar. Not just the little it takes to stay employed. There were a bunch before me who just did what they had to to keep a job and they are no longer here. Go figure.
Not to mention the fact that a big part of my job is to provide the best service possible to all of our customers. If there is a better way thats what I intend to do. I think that in itself is Job Security.
