Re: what is wireless from tap to tv

cox uses them in and around gainesville ,fl. campus and dorms.. out of an amp or le pin to 'f' a/c rf in to the unit. One version I have seen is like a paddle with directional ranges with another receiver paddle at, in this case a car dealership (incidently a temp). The other version looks almost like a motorola line extender same in and has an antenna out with a relative range.. I am assuming the first had the receiver connected to a router for the entire dealership. "tap to tv" in my humble opinion is a figure of speach as taps are passive. although, the configuration could be h-to-h in or out of a tap provided it is thru power. Not sure of max/mins of r/f or a\c as I have not had to t.s. or place them..
