Snopes, as well as anybody who knows how Congress works, doesn't think this bill will be voted on.The bill has been stuck in committee for almost a year.  Committe is where the vast majority of introduced bills die. ANy can Congressman can introduce any kind of bill, but about 80% of introduced bills never make it out of committe. When a bill has been stuck in committe for almost a year, thats an indicator the bill is dead. This bill has really been around since 2007. Trust me, it's dead.
