Comcast here in MI  has been doing the same thing for about 2 yrs now. Lots of installers lost their jobs and some good companies went down because of it . Dont think it is right but , i can see the MSO point of view. With people being lawsuit happy these days you cant even take the chance of a liability issue. Just my 2 cents !
