I'm sure I'm not the only one that does this, but when they're all tucked in their tents or their little umbrellas are blocking their view of their truck, I'll stick my arm out the window as I pass and drag their cone down the street a few hundred feet. Or when I go to an extended lunch, I'll take the magnet signs off my truck and park next to em, then put their cone in front of my truck. It's a harmless prank but some of em get pissy, which makes it even funnier.
