i use a power dolly and wear my tower harness that has a metal bar for a seat built into it as my idiot chair. i always hook a long enough handline onto the back lanyard ring so my grunt can pull me back to the pole.  had one grunt bitch about pulling me back an i told him if he could do my job he would not be the grunt makin crap pay but instead would be my hook makin money - so shut up and put in your time or get lost.  that kid became one of my best grunt and hook to date...
