Ive seen it too. Have you ever watched that show HOARDERS? You know, I can understand messy, lived in, clutter and some other things but some people are just plain disgusting. Ive seen 1000's of roaches walking around with immunity with bug feces all over the walls, stuff stacked to ceilings with only a trail to go to bathroom and kitchen. Unbelievable.
I think some of it is mental problems. I have seen it in older people that use to be clean freaks when they were younger. Some of it is just nasty ass people.
