The "him" in 2Timothy 2:26 is referring to the devil, not God or Jesus.

I totally agree that it should be "He" and "Him" when referring to God or Jesus Christ. However that is a personal preference depending the version of the Bible that you prefer to use.
The King James Bible does not use a capital "H" unless used at the beginning of a sentence, check it out for yourself.
And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. (Genesis 1:31)
By the way, I personally prefer the New King James Bible and it is capitalized in that version.
