All helms really is , is a management company, they are trying to get us to stay where were at and continue doing as we always did just for lower prices!Yeah they have there own installers, but no equipment or people for the construction/aireal or U.G. thats why they want us to be the sub. and the last time they tried to put installers in they all quit and left there trucks sitting in comcast yard!
