I think we need a strong public option. I almost think that anything else will be pointless. If people "decided" to purchase the public option over the big insurance co, that would be competition. If we could purchase our medicines from outside this nation for cheaper, why not? You can get them from Canada so much cheaper. We buy everything else from overseas.
I think its up to a judge and jury to decide what is frivolous and what is not. What one person sees as a mole hill might be a mountain to another. Doctors will not lower rates. It will never happen. This is my opinion
