Yes, I also think the Cadilac Tax is a bad idea. Although, I think what they are trying to accomplish with the tax is a great idea. I'm 99.999% sure this part of the bill be changed when the House and Senate bills are merged. As it's written now, it targets the wrong people.
I also think the deals brokered for Nebraska will go through some changes. I think Nebraska's deal will also be slashed and the Senator from Nebraska will not vote for the final bill. But only 51 votes are needed. I think theres a chance that the Senator from Nebraska, and probably a few other blue dog Dems, may end up not voting for the final bill. I think that was the plan from the start. Do what it takes to get it through cloture, then write the "real" bill, because then you only need 51, and the Dems from more conservative states can try to "save face". Thats my conspiracy theory.....lol....
