"On any given Sunday" is one thing...playing against the #1 team in the nation or an NFL playoff team is another. I'll give you Kitna is better than Brad Johnson but I wouldn't call him "good" If he was good he wouldn't be playing back up. There are at least a dozen teams looking for "good" QB's
Yes I am a die hard Longhorn fan and was let down when McCoy went out. I do realize that stuff happens, but to say that it's a team game and the Longhorns still had a chance without him is crazy to me. The only reason the score wasn't worse is because Saban showed some respect to Mack Brown and took his foot off the throttle for a good part of that game. With McCoy the Longhorns have a chance....without him and a freshman QB in there the chances were practically nothing.
OK enough of my whining. LOL
