I'm a little perplexed as to what you mean that you'll just not pay for them like other primes. Must be confusing primes not paying their subs with damages not be paid. Well you can bet your ass that the MSO will see to it that damages get paid. They could give a shit that the subs and help get paid but their customers will get what they want when it is not the MSO'S DIME! Then the shit rolls down the hill and it don't matter if you are right or wrong you're paying.
