Raising guidance for 2009 to $260-270 million revenues from prior guidance of $240-260 million in revenues, marking the fourth such guidance raise since initial portion of the acquisition transaction was negotiated and announced;
On track to generate continued positive EBITDA and outperform industry growth rates.
