I work both sides of the fence, Yeh im a communications hoar, what can I say. I have a direct retailer spot but I do stuff for the local catv folks also. Anyway I see it on both sides. one of my guys got a letter written to time warner when a customer who he did a direct install for wanted to complement his work. Seems the cable installer was feeding her modem through a 4 way. When my guy put a grnd block in instead of the four way her speeds went up. Of course he replaced the splitter w/ a ground block so he could steal the splitter. But all is fair in love war and cable. My point is there are quality minded guys in all walks. Lets just all make money and feed our kids. And when you come across some dirtbag who makes us look like crap, tell him. Oh and STOP WORKING FOR MASD***! lol
