What is up with this?? Did HSI/PHONE install where SAT installer stuffed their diplexers and board inside the COX audit box, and stole the ground from the groundblock. Now how friggin lazy are you to not mount your own hardware and run your own ground wire? Isn't it illegal to do this? No QC for this on the Satellite end?? Looks like shit, and pointless for weatherproofing when its zip tied with a 6 inch gap at the bottom. could have at least clipped the CATV GROUNDWIRE DO NOT REMOVE tag off..
