I had a very long post prepared. But then I decided to go another route. Dude, you've got to STOP believing everything you read on the internet. At least attemp to fact check things before you decide to give them any credibility.
The IRS more Power thing is OLD. The article you posted was written by some right wing LOONEY and it was circulated among right-wing blogs. One could maybe argue the IRS would get new responsibiltys, but not new power. The IRS ALREADY has the power to do the things the blogger claims is new power.
