Re: Health-care legislation has immediate effects

Before you go, would you mind pointing out where in the bill it states all of this.  Ill be looking for it as well.  But if you already know, it would make it quicker.

If a woman has been beaten, she would need emergency care, and would get it, even as the laws are written now. This new bill does not repeal or replace Reagan's bill.
