In all seriousness, Mass. system is VERY new, and it's still a better system than what they had before. Hawaii is the ONE and ONLY state that isexept from Federal guidelines because their healthcare goes above and beyond and already achieves the goals the rest of thecountry is trying to achieve.
People crac me up complaining about the page size of a bill. Congressmen get a 6 figure salaray and have staffs the size of a small city. Is reading 2,000 pages really all that much to ask. Geeesh, for a 6 figure salary Id read a 200,000 page bill. The MAIN parts of their job are to read & pass legislation for crying out loud.
