Well, I can agree with most of what you say. Im not for giving to someone that is unwilling but to unable. Im not for lifetime welfare families but I think the program needs to exist. People are people and for whatever reason in a time in need "not want" people might need help whether it be because they are an addict or simply lost there job.
Im American and I love this country too.
